This lesser known winemaker is a hidden gem amongst myriad established, well known producers and the all too numerous ordinary winemakers in the appellation. If you can get your hands on this, or the prestige cuvée called Lacoste you won't be disappointed. Can drink now or keep; two years until this one starts to hit its straps.
