Friday, December 26, 2014 - Decant for 30 minutes.
Pale translucent gold in colour.
Fresh, sea shells, mineral, white stone fruit.
Medium body, luscious, nectarine, white peach, mild tang of acidity, minor lemon and lime with a mineral salivating long finish. Less tropical than previous tastings.
The 2010 Boulay Clos de Beaujeu is a fave. A wine to be savoured, swirled, all mouth coating/ washing/ rinsing it can be the centre of attention and lessor dishes distraction.
