Monday, February 4, 2013 - Blackberry jam submerged under a layer of damp clay soil, frosted over with cocoa powder. Chewy and extracted as you would expect from California, but there is some edge to the slightly dusty, plummy, dark berry juice and a grippy, spicy finish. ★
