Wednesday, October 19, 2016 - Opened up pretty quickly without decant. Changed/evolved over the 20 minutes it took to drink my 2 glasses, with changing character with the tomato and mushroom Bruschetta. Got hint of licorice at one point, great mouthfeel, complex. Really good
