Thursday, June 4, 2009 - Popped and poured straight from the wine chiller, it was very smooth, with hints of vanilla. Tannins were soft and wine though simple was balanced. As the temperature went up, so did the alcoholic heat and taste of this wine, best served below 26c. Medium-light bodied wine that when well with my pasta of tomato based beef sauce. Great QPR wine.
