Monday, June 16, 2014 - Nose was toast and butterscotch. Palate grilled pineapple, vanilla and citrus (lemon?). Finish lingered and was quite long. Nice acid on the finish.

Overall thought the acidity was excellent and came out more after air. Great balance and really enjoyable. Acidity makes me think it has a good amount of time left. Glad I have a couple bottles more
