Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - Past its prime. I should have opened this a long time ago.
The nose is still a nice typical sauv blanc. Grapefruit, pineapple, mango with underlying minerality. The acidity is mostly gone so this comes across a bit flabby and unstructured. Just a bit of fruit. Short uninteresting finish.
