Friday, June 26, 2015 - Light gold. Very vigorous and persistent beads of microscopic bubbles. Nose is classic low dosage light brioche. Palate is dry, chalky and balanced by high refreshing acidity. Very cleansing. Good weight and length. A sleek and chiseled champagne.
