Tuesday, September 1, 2015 - End o' Summer Roundup - 2015: Firm and dense and classy, but I seem to be losing patience for the style. Dates dominate the aromatic and flavor profile and I prefer berries or brighter fruits. Some tea, forest floor and cedar accents add a bit of sophistication.
