Tuesday, September 20, 2011 - Bottle and fill excellent, the cork crumbled and came out in 2 pieces. Dull red and never becoming bright garnet, this wine is very flat and austere. No significant development with a few hours in the decater. I doubt that this was ever an exciting wine and is now just thin, bitter and disappointing.
