Thursday, February 20, 2014 - This bottle of wine was a gift from a co-worker. This is a perfectly fine daily drinker. It does not reveal much on the nose, but there is some lavender and lilac notes along with a bit of black currant. On the palate, this is pretty linear with a bit of dried herbs, integrated tannins, and some cassis. There is no acidity to speak of, and the finish is clean but dry. Drink it if you have it.
