Thursday, November 15, 2007 - HUB / HDH Bonnes Mares & Mersault tasting (University Club): Medium full yellow color. Big forward sweet yellow fruit with rich butterscotch notes. Huge rich yellow bitter round acidic honeyed caramel fruit with a note of lemon curd. Definitely showing it's age, but no sign of pre-mature oxidation here. At or just past its peak.
