Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Deep color. Nose of blueberry, pepper, smoked game, olive, hints of sage. On the palate, rich and dense, with gobs of fruit mostly blue and black, black olive, herbs, and vanilla. Long finish with enough cut to balance the fruit. Drink of hold, it will change but probably not get much better than this.
