Thursday, August 28, 2014 - Subtle and different flavors and textures of vanilla, baking spice, and peach are enveloped by Bartlett pear's sweet mellow flavor; by the sweetness of Golden Delicious apple and by the richness and complexity of Cox apple- finish is complex with rounded and smooth mouth feel. The 2010 is the best vintage of Vieux Télégraphe blanc and for all white Rhone. Paired with many courses at 1826 Restaurant in South Beach, along with 2007 Opus.
