Wednesday, July 15, 2015 - Right in the drinking window. Raspberry/Cherry/Strawberry compote. Mineral backbone. Medium with medium + finish. More new world but done well. Shared with a couple friend - Rosemary & Garlic Arctic Char. Sad to see the last battle go.
