Friday, July 5, 2013 - PnP from 56F wine fridge and drank over 2 hrs. This wine showed best warmer, but still cooler than room temp, say 65-70.
Yellow with a tinge of gold in color, with aromas and flavor of stone fruit, oak, pineapple, and butter. This is a solid full bodied chardonnay. The long creamy finish goes on and on, and has more complexity than expected.
This is a heavily (26% new Fench) oaked Cali chard which possesses enough fruit for balance, and as such is not a chard for the less oak crowd.
