Tuesday, March 26, 2013 - Top Burgundy Tasting at the Sotto Lounge. (Netherlands): A blend of 70% En l’Ormeau and 30% Casse Tête. A very precise nose of lime, apple, fresh pear and chalky minerality. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very pure, with superb minerality, brisk acids and laser like focus on the finish. Absolutely brilliant for their appellation.
