Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Since last tasting, this wine has changed to the positive a bit. Still full bodied, lots of fruit, but luckily the bitterness in the end has disappeared a bit. It seems that this wine is really made for cellaring. Enjoyed it. Considering the given fruit and color I am sure the drinking window will not close soon. I am glad I bought two cases and still have lots of it.
Better than most Cote Du Rhone (Villages) I've had so far.
90+
Btw: Did not get better on day 2. Definetly a day 1 wine.
