Tuesday, February 25, 2014 - My 2nd tasting of 2000 Perrieres is still very enjoyable. Very beautiful, vibrant, wonderful scent of terroir, clean mineral and fresh.

Structure is great, medium-bodied, good balance and very good finish. Much better after 3 hours breathing.

Brilliant stuff !!!
