Wednesday, September 23, 2009 - Deep ruby in color, with a gamey nose, black pepper, meats, anise, and some asian spice. medium to full bodied and round mouthfeel. Low acid and well balanced. Tannins pretty much resolved at this point. Very well made and at peak. 89 pts
