Tuesday, December 2, 2014 - Tasting from magnum presented at a Bollinger tasting. The preservation is amazing -- effervescence abounds and it is crisp and acidic. Beautiful golden colors. This vintage is starting to get that beautiful sherry-like austerity of quality aged Champagne. Love it
