Tuesday, April 2, 2013 - An unusual white wine (which is really the category of white wine that I like). Honestly don't have the words to describe this one. It's minerally, yet also full of bright fruit flavors. Certainly doesn't have the barnyard or even particularly nutty flavors of fino sherry, so I disagree with the previous taster, who mentions that only lovers of fino should try this one. In my mind, it tastes a bit more like an orange wine than a sherry of any kind (and I drink plenty of sherry).
