Thursday, October 24, 2013 - Basically consistent with my last bottle. Nose of smoke, spices, tobacco and herbs. Medium powered taste of blackberry, dark plum with some bitterness which is the signature of Malbec. Inward and serious style, not as sweet and fruity as Argentina one. Some violet floral aroma. Medium body with notable tannin at finish. OK for casual drinking now.
