Sunday, January 3, 2016 - Lots of fresh apricot and white flower. Crushed rock minerality is decptively concentrated and soaks up any wood just fine. Viscous and luxurious Viognier. Killed it with cardamom parsnip soup and a funky grilled cheese sandwich.
