Sunday, January 5, 2014 - Opened 4 hours before drinking. Should have decanted as wine developed in glass over 2 hours of consumption. Dark red fruits and spice. Modern style. Rich, powerful, smooth. Very accessible now. Not thinking this will age well over the long term but presents a beautiful Barolo to enjoy now while others of similar age sleep in the cellar. 93 pts.
