Friday, October 14, 2011 - I was hoping for an apple note to pair with curried acorn squash and apples and I got it. Not necessarily interesting enough to ponder on its own, but a solid bet for food pairing in general- tasted dry with the squash and apples, but I wouldn't say it's completely dry. I am definitely planning to pick up some more.
