Monday, December 31, 2012 - Pale straw in color. Light, refreshing, straightforward. This is not going to win any awards for complexity, but it sure is a nice alternative to traditional Chard/Pinot based sparklers. This is more like a sec or demi-sec, but is very enjoyable. Paired beautifully with the Chinese hot pot dinner we had. Perfect quaffer for guests who typically don't enjoy sparkling wine.
