Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - Blind Pinots from Oregon, Cali, and Burgundy (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN): Dark red color. Drank 1 glass blind over 90 minutes. wow, this one had me fooled from the start. I thought Burg, maybe Oregon - didn't think Cali. Great nose with earthiness galore, darker fruits, perfumed, funk, graphite. the palate is mineral dense, black fruit, black cherry, dark berries, spices, graphite, nice sleek tannins, well balanced, long finish. younger than i thought and oh so tasty!!. My #2 WOTN.
