Friday, May 15, 2015 - Twist and pour (but should have strained; significant sediment) ... Very impressed with this one. Rich, lush and plush. Opens with big, blue-black fruit, but made more interesting with significant gamey, bacon and smoke notes. Firm tannic backbone, but not all pokey. Big, bold, in your face and my favorite Loring wine to date (Berserker Day buy).
