Monday, October 5, 2015 - Browns suck, wine don't (part - I have lost track); 10/3/2015-10/5/2015 (My home): This was the vintage Robert Foley made two different Petit's IIRC. This was the brawnier of the two. After 9 years, it is still young. No hurry at all. While it drinks well, I think it may still improve a bit. Purple in color. The nose is charcoal, black raspberries, plums and a slight coffee note. Full bodied. On the palate, there is a nice juiciness to this. Still medium tannins. Lots of black raspberry and plum fruit. Great wine.
