Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Very nice Riesling for the price. Good acidity, but pretty much closed upon opening. The wine began to open after about 45 minutes as the fruit began to emerge. Day two and the wine had taken on some weight and the fruit was more prominent. I enjoyed it more on day two. According to the producer’s web site, “it must be decanted.” Will try decanting my next bottle.
