Saturday, May 7, 2011 - Quite nice: cherry cola, dark berry, loamy earth, maybe a little nutmeg. Moderate acidity: I'd prefer a touch more, but this walks that line where it's a good food foil (worked, on different nights, with both sushi and pulled pork) while also mellow enough to be enjoyed solo.
