Sunday, January 27, 2013 - Tight/closed upon opening - over the night's dinner and drinking on the couch, it showed itself a bit. tannic on the finish, but i dig the tart acidity in the background - had with pasta and beef. Could appeal to those that like tannin and others who enjoy acid.
