Tuesday, November 4, 2014 - This was an all-around enjoyable wine. On the nose this possesses mushroom, forest floor, faint notes of pine needles, and damp soil. This is a medium bodied wine with a very round profile of tannins and acidity. Nice fruit balance including lots of strawberry and raspberry, licorice, and mushroom. With an average finish on this wine, it is a solid effort that should drink well through 2018.
