Monday, July 20, 2015 - Another great showing of the wine, with ample sweetness of kirsch, intertwined with cow paddy pie from a barn, and a a long and dry finish. A bit of stem/pip bitterness was poking out tonight, but never the less, an awesome wine with a fantastic long finish.
