Wednesday, July 31, 2013 - Unlike 16 months ago, this bottle did not exhibit the young juice flavors right upon opening. It was still tight but enjoyable. Over the next 3hrs the nose on this was constantly evolving, floral, cola, chocolate, earth, perfume. Really enjoyable. A bigger style pinot than I normally drink but damn tasty.
