Thursday, December 20, 2012 - Leather, earth, and pepper on the nose. I was unimpressed with the initial tastes, but it improved over 10-20 minutes. I expected to taste more fruit in the wine -- seems unbalanced towards earthy (maybe oak) taste. Maybe it will become more balanced with some age.
