Saturday, December 14, 2013 - Paired very nicely with Mr Meow's fantastic grilled venison. The marinade's Provence-inspired herbs were a great compliment to to somewhat rustic nature of this Syrah. Pepper, olive, and nice acidic streak pulled this together nicely.
