Sunday, January 5, 2014 - Closed down on the first day. Really opened up the second. Deep ruby colour. Very aromatic. White flowers, white pepper, cured meat, boysenberry, thyme and kalamatta olive. Gorgeous stuff. Everything is fleshing out nicely. Medium-full body with Medium+ acidity. This will cellar nicely, but is quite approachable now given a 1-2 hour decant. Sweet, sweet tannins. 91+
