Thursday, February 14, 2013 - Decanted half the bottle through Vinturri and let air for 2hrs. Bright garnet/claret color with slightly brickish rim. Cassis and slightly pruny nose with a touch of tobacco. Medium weight with velvety tannin. Nicely ripe cassis plum and macerated cherry flavors with a touch of herb at the end. Drink up.
