Thursday, November 8, 2012 - Clear and lite in the glass. Full nose of lime, herbs, pith, Fuji apple, terpene, honey and white peach. Lite body and pithy with grapefruit, tangerine, zest, herbs and apple on the palate. Structured acidity and flinty minerals. Fruit isn't giving enough. Short finish.
