Sunday, September 4, 2011 - This is a very consistent wine year in and year out. 2010 is no different. Had some great apple, cream and pear flavors to go with a nice acidity. This went well with several hot dips that were at the picnic, balancing the spicy flavors against the sweetness in the wine.
