Sunday, October 4, 2015 - Poured through Vinturi into decanter for approx. 30 min. ... The tannins here are sweet, but the fruit is a little muted. There is smoke, and a little spice, and tart acid pop to close. This showed better on day two, with the heat dissipating totally, and the fruit showing brighter than the tannins, leading me to think it could still use another year or so in the bottle.
