Thursday, November 29, 2012 - Several things struck me when I tasted this wine - big black cherry, big raspberry, some smoke, and (especially for a Pinot), creamy mouthfeel. Almost unctuous. If it's this decadent now, I can't imagine how it'll be as it ages. So I got two more bottles to be safe. It is still very much a baby. :-)
