PS- Went back to my final glass of this wine, which was just poured from a bottle that has been opened for 6 days with the cork just pushed back in the bottle. Still showing well, lost a bit of it's fruit, but still fresh and mineral-laden. Surprising that this light held up so well for almost a full week after being opened. Bravo!
