Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Drank for NYE at El Gaucho Bellevue. Excellent spot and paired well with Chateaubriand. Lush yet elegant and not over the top. Very sophisticated even. Solid Cab profile with some dusty notes and tannins well in check. Will improve and age for quite a while I believe.
