Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Very different from my last bottle. It didn't have any of that oxidized note, which is good. It started out sort of meekly red-fruited with autumnal apple scents, but it kept deepening in tone and putting on weight throughout dinner. While it started out leaner and mellower than the '99, by the end it might have been even richer and had developed a saturating black-fruited richness.
