Tuesday, April 7, 2015 - Well after 8 hours in a decanter this really plumped out - all those classic Nebbiolo notes with some richness coming through. years and years it will take to develop into some secondaries. Nice stuff already and if you have the patience, then decant 8 hours - if not, then decant the day before.
