Sunday, June 28, 2015 - Time seems to be important for this wine. Three previous tastings showed a somewhat closed bouquet, but now it is starting to open up. Ruby color with a hint of brown, not at first impressive to the nose, but an intense, appealing long taste with sour cherry notes and balanced tannins. Typical Barbaresco, ideal with lamb.
