Saturday, March 9, 2013 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Metropolitan Pavilion - New York NY): Tasting. Cross section of red and black fruit, with black cherry most prominent. Lots of power and concentration from start-to-finish with spice mostly coming through middle-to-end. Very good density and length. Really wonderful wine, one slight step up from the sensational Chambolle-Musigny Cras also just tasted.
